Stainless Steel Flex Braided Extended Brake and Locker Lines custom manufactured for JWO by Goodridge. With increased length, durability, and flexibility, we recommend the use of these lines when lifting the G Wagon 2-4 inches and also recommend them as an upgraded replacement for old and warn lines. The extension of these lines allows the G to safely increase travel and extension length of the suspension without the risk of damaging the lines.

As the brake and locker lines are a vital part of the vehicle, we only offer the lines in a full kit so everything can be changed at once and there is no variance in your lines. If you need individual or partial replacements of your lines, please reach out to us for more information.

MY 2001-2018 option includes extended Front and Rear Brake and Locker Lines custom made for JWO by Goodridge. These lines are steel flex lines so they are longer in length and they are also more flexible and durable than the factory lines. They are wrapped in a black abrasive resistant covering for optimal off road protection and easy cleaning.

MY 2000 and older options include extended Front Brake Lines while the Front Locker Line and Rear Brake and Locker Lines are the factory length. These lines are currently sourced through ORC in Germany. While the front locker line and rear brake and locker lines remain the factory length, all lines are braided steel flex lines which are more durable and flexible so they do provide a small addition of travel and are still suitable for most 2-4 inch lifts. ORC does not currently offer any extended length rear brake lines or locker lines.

All options are a great solution for upgrading and extending lines when lifting your G. They are also a great solution for replacing old warn out lines that may have corroded over the years. While intended for lifted applications, these will also work with stock height vehicles.

*If your G Wagon is a G55 AMG or is on one of the border years and you are unsure of which option to select or don't see an option for your model, please email us your VIN number to confirm fitment and to get a price quote.

We recommend adding these lines on any G Wagon that is lifted 50mm and beyond. At stock ride height, the brake lines fit perfectly but after lifting the vehicle or adding shocks with extended travel, you may find that your lines stretch all the way out or are even over extending when fully dropping the wheels from the body of the G Wagon. To counteract this, these extended brake lines allow for full wheel travel without the risk of a major component failure while pushing your vehicle's limits.

Each vehicle has a slightly different experience when being lifted based on the spring/shock/spacer combination, load applied onto the vehicle, and its intended use. Therefore, these extensions may not be necessary for every lift application but are still recommended in most situations. It’s better to be safe than sorry!

Professional installation is recommended on all brake lines and locker lines.
