Refund policy

All sales of any/all products are final at the time in which payment is made. Please email us with any questions prior to placing your order and we will be glad to help you out! Any returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or other order/purchase variances will be subject to Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC approval and subject to associated vendor, manufacturer, and/or wholesaler approval, when applicable.

Any returns accepted will incur, at minimum, a 15% inspection/restocking fee, unless otherwise expressly stated by Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC, and the purchaser will be responsible for any/all return shipment costs/fees. Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC reserves the right to reject any returned items that are not deemed saleable as new or not deemed to be a manufacturer's defect and may deduct further fees in these instances.

Any cancellations accepted will incur, at minimum, a 5% cancellation fee, unless otherwise expressly stated by Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC. Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC reserves the right to reject any cancellation when the product(s) are deemed "custom" and/or when non-refundable costs have already been allocated towards the product(s). Purchases made using currencies other than US Dollars ($USD) and purchases made outside the USA will be subject to additional cancellation fees based on currency and location.

Note that product pricing, inventory, and lead times may vary and it will be the client's responsibility to confirm availability and pricing accuracy with Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC prior to purchase. Failure to confirm availability or pricing may result in extended lead times or owing additional fees to complete the order. The 5% minimum cancellation fee will still apply on any order that includes an out of stock, back ordered, and/or discontinued product whose availability was not confirmed within the 5 days prior of payment being made. The 5% minimum cancellation fee will also apply on any order that includes a product with a pricing error whose pricing was not confirmed within the 5 days prior of payment being made. 

Jack Wagon Overlanding, LLC reserves the right at any time to modify, change, or amend the Refund Policy (or any part or content herein) without notice at any time.
