The LeTech Spare Wheel Holder (6482) for Mercedes G Wagon W463 models (MY -2018) and other models with the single trunk door configuration allows you to support a larger than stock tire. This tire carrier is mounted along the hinges of the trunk door which alleviates strain on the trunk door itself and instead puts the load onto the body of the truck. Inspired by the LeTech spare holder originally seen on the 4x4^2. We recommend adding the optional Cover (7099) that comes in a black textured plastic to finish the look which comes with a lockbox so that you can store equipment inside of the spare.
*Note that purchasing only the spare holder without the cover will not yield the final results pictured in the photos. We strongly recommend adding the cover so that the inside of your wheel is not exposed to the drivers behind you and you can utilize the inside of the wheel as a locked storage compartment.
